Thanks for reporting this - we are planning to fix this.
is your OS Windows 10/11?
we have noted a workaround on Windows is to slightly increase the window size while its happening, and it usually will resolve the popup window issue.
working on permanent fix

KauriHero: it is still happening for some users. i have had a user with win11 pro where the metamask popup was shaking when on fullscreen. v0.8.6
