Always keep a certain amount of MASQ token for premium features. Let the user set the amount to keep. Lets say you need 500MASQ token to activate certain premium features and have 600MASQ token on the wallets address, then set 500MASQ to stay locked and the MASQ browser will use 100MASQ for browser traffic debts only.
