Kill switch toggle in settings

With the advent of open browsing in MASQ (Yay!) I think it is very important to have a kill switch toggle like most other popular VPN products have, so there is never a chance that a site you're connected to receives a connection from your real IP address. This was default behavior in the MASQ browser for awhile before open browsing was supported. Open browsing support is GREAT, however, we do need the ability to make it possible for MASQ to _never_ make connections from your actual IP address. What can, and has happened for me is that the MASQ connection drops, you have a half dozen or so tabs open, and now all of a sudden they are communicating to websites with your actual IP address. This is particularly troubling in geofencing situations where the remote site now detects your account/login coming from a restricted region, and bans/suspends your account, as well as a myriad of other reasons I won't go into here. Hopefully this can be completed before beta is over, as this is one of the most fundamentally important functions of MASQ for me personally, and I suspect a large number of other privacy advocates and ex-commercial VPN users.
