We need a Chrome extension that only does one thing - turn on/off the chrome proxy feature to use 127.0.0.1 when MASQ is enabled. Better yet if the extension can detect if MASQ is running or not and trigger a MASQ startup in case it isnt running already.

This will enable users to use the MASQ network easily from Chrome without having to go through Chrome settings and messing something up.
