URL Resolver ENS/IPFS and Search Functions

Resolving URLs in the url bar has now had improvements - this includes:

Improved Native support for IPFS
Searching a keyword defaulting to a DuckDuckGo search query

Native Support for IPFS

Typing an IPFS hash directly into the URL bar will redirect to the IPFS CID gateway to display the contact automatically
Typing in an ENS domain in the URL bar will also redirect to an IPFS content hash, if that is saved against the ENS domain information onchain.

DuckDuckGo search query

If a search query is typed into the URL bar (without a prefix like https://, ipfs:// etc), a DuckDuckGo page with the search query will be displayed directly in the tab
