**This release is a "Breaking Change" release because MASQ Core software has upgraded to support Polygon Amoy new testnet!**
All users will have to uninstall and reinstall due to the architecture upgrades and new features!
Reference the System Cleanup guide so you can ensure you can perform a clean install of the new version

- Polygon Amoy support (new default chain)
- Automatic user faucet for Polygon Amoy tMASQ - users will not have to do any special actions for this testnet migration!
- Allow users to manually enter their Public IP, if IP detection fails or is blocked by their ISP
- Additional Connection logic optimisation, including step timeouts
