MASQ web3 Browser snap file Updated

The MASQ Browser installers for Linux users are shipped as a snap file (a self-contained Linux application with all dependencies bundled together), as well as the MASQ app as an AppImage with the MASQNode separate binary file.

This update improves the snap file shipped, to use core22 (Ubuntu 20) and updated Gnome packages to run with performance improvements, and overall has a smaller snap file size.

This will be released with v0.4.3
