Improved Lock Screen

The Lock screen now allows the "Need a Hint" button to work on all screens (restarting the app, and using the Lock button) - providing the password 'hint' that the user added during first setup.

Additionally, if the user uses the Lock button while MASQ is turned ON, it will continue to run in the background in its current connection mode, without restarting when the user 'unlocks' the app on the Lock page.

If user Locks the app when MASQ is OFF, then it will remain off until user unlocks and turns on the MASQ connection again.
