Draggable dApp Windows - web3 dApp Store

This exciting new component features a draggable window that can be opened, resized and moved around the MASQ Spaces desktop!
This truly allows customization in future, as users will be able to open multiple window 'dApps' at same time and interact with them in a modular fashion - the options are endless!
The first of this draggable dApp window is the MASQ web3 dApp store
 - this is now opened from the dock as a draggable window and allows users to add and remove dApp entries from their current Spaces dock with a click of the dApp tiles.
