Wallet Not Saved On Mac Reopen

When I install Masq on Mac and create a new wallet, once I close the app and re-open it the wallet is forgotten and it asks me to add a new wallet. When I try and use the same seed phrase from the wallet that was created I get an error. Then I need to create another wallet or uninstall/reinstall but then the same issue happens. See attached.

I had the same problem. Tried to reinstall but found that it keeps asking for my password even after i reinstall. And now it does not know my password and there is nowhere to enter my seed phrase.
