Many IPFS domains aren't being resolved, e.g. .crypto, .nft and .x domains
Reproduce: v0.9.6 on Windows
- In the URL bar type "brad.crypto"
- You'll notice that https:// is added and you're being mistakenly directed to https://brad.crypto
