Win 10.

Installed a few days ago so this is not the very first time but occurs quite regularly on any other start of masq.

Start masq>Turn on> choose Serve & consume in panel and automatic port opening.

Panel tells me I'm serving and consuming.

Circular status boxes at bottom of panel say I'm not.

Connection status at top of browser says I'm not.

Click continue in panel and I'm not connected.

Panel now makes me do the GET STARTED stuff all over again.

Click through all that, try again and it works.
