Win 10.

1)When I make it full screen, the connection panel does not move correctly, I think it stays stationary. I have to manually drag it

2)When I go into settings and return "Home" the connection panel returns to it's original location prior to 1 and i have to drag it back again.

3) If i make the UI smaller again, now the connection panel stays where I put it so i cannot see it at all.
